List criteria and options as comma-separated rows; use a shared 0–10 score scale.
Formula and method
Normalized weight = weight / sum(weights). Weighted score = sum(normalized weight × adjusted score), where adjusted score is score for higher and 10−score for lower.
Worked example
Quality weight 3 and cost weight 2: A scores (8,4) giving 7.2; B scores (6,2) giving 6.8. A ranks first.
Assumptions and supported scope
Up to 10 criteria and 20 options; names cannot contain commas. Scores are subjective and rankings can be sensitive to weights.
